Foot Massage and Reflexology in Salt Lake City

Most people call it a foot massage. The name on our menu is foot reflexology. They are the same appointment, and if you searched for one and landed on a page about the other, nothing has gone wrong. Reflexology is what the technique is called by the people trained in it. Foot massage is what everybody actually says out loud.

Reflexology reads the foot as a map of the rest of you, which is where the idea of resetting the whole body through the feet comes from. A lot of people do feel it well past their ankles. We are going to describe that as deep relaxation rather than as medicine, because that is what it honestly is.

The people who book it fall into a few groups. Some stand for a living and have done for years. Some run, hike or ski and have asked more of their feet than feet were designed to give. More time in the building is best bought as a second appointment rather than a stretched first one. The Japanese head spa runs the same hour for the same $85 and happens to cover the opposite end of you, which makes it the pairing people book most often. A full body massage works too. Extras run $20 for cupping, $20 for hot stones, $30 for CBD, and $30 for thirty minutes in the infrared sauna. Each gets attached when the reservation is made.
